Heck no! This guy is OBVIOUSLY a staring expert. You suspect that he has been staring at people since he was just a little baby. No doubt his infantile infatuation with it soon grew into a massive obsession, soon consuming his life and estranging his girlfriend. He ended up cold and alone, with nothing but his staring powers to keep him company. You are sure there is no way you can beat this guy. Plus he smells kinda like old cigarettes. Ick.
