So yeah... You ALL should watch it. Mr. Diskette, keep watching!!! Yeah, such an awesome show... oh man....
The first season is nothing compared to the 2nd though.Lost. Never failing to not make sense.MMM wrote:So Lost today was grood.
Apparently, the Island is what keeps hell where it belongs, and John Locke is the devil. This smashes my thoughts that the man in black might be good, and everyone assumed he wasnt because he wore black and was the smoke monster.
HEY! You haven't watched all of Lost! If you did, than you would understand tons more. Now, the not making sense thing, yeah, it can seem that way. But, its more like, they havn't explained everything yet. Like, its a mystery, you understand?
Do mystery stories not make sense as you read them? This is like, sci-fi mystery, so it can have mysteries and concepts that are way more crazy. When you say, it doesn't make sense, what do you meen? Like, its super confusing?
Well, if you watched it, than you would be way less confused.
Or, are you saying you're confused about the weird concepts? Like, revealing something about island/ hell stuff, which I'm not sure what thats all about yet, but it'll answer it.
Wait, what do you meen condusing?
Also, Buffy is freaking awesome. In this one episode there was this dinosaur-like demon and he had spines, like stegosaurus spine things, on his head. And he had these crazy sharp throwing club things, that popped out of his arms and then he threw them at enemies. It was radical.

Re: Tee-Bee Show talk!
So the latest episode of Doctor Who (or, at least, the latest one in America), which was called Flesh and Stone was very good. Excellent, even. Right until the end, when Amy Pond apparently decided she wanted to have sex with The Doctor.
For those of you who aren't fans of the show, I first of all spit upon your graves. But let me put that in perspective:
Amy Pond, a 21-year-old Scottish woman, has decided she wants to have sex with a 907-year-old alien.
That's creepy. That's even creepier when you know the show better and the relationship between the Doctor and his companions.

Re: Tee-Bee Show talk!
And now the depression hits
The final episode of Lost is on tommorow.
*sniff*
You know... I wrote a poem once...
Ode to Lost
Farwell, yon Lost
We barley knew ye.
You crazy things bout fate
Entranced all who could see.
With your motley crue
of others and terrorists, too
They'd grow more popular
Than Ramirez and Tiger woods, woo!
O'r the past six years,
you've filled our minds with thought.
Though it was so da** confusing
unlike other TV, you taught.
From the shooting of a polar bear
you knew things just weren't right.
The 16-year-old distress signal
confirmed that to my delight.
With time warps
and smoke monsters
It just couldn't work
that's the kind of stuff at rock concerts.
But through it all
you previaled on
and went 6
glorious years.
In the End,
with the Dharma.
When we discovered
Unle Rico was father to Ben.
And when off went the bomb
when they hit that dern pocket
They created a sideways
universe, suck it!
With Locke now all evil
and Witmore back
Desmond in two realities
And Jacob taking a dirt nap.
With Jacob's past clear
'long with Richard and smokie
I sit back and wonder
How can it end here?
There so much more to ask
no more time to answer
Well, I just hope
Jack is up to the task.

You "barley" knew thee? I wheat knew thee!
(This could become a whole running gag!)

Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to Saffron
The slings and arrows of outrageous Fennel..."

Oh, and that Ode to Lost thing was not at all written in the style of a traditional Ode.
Each stanza is supposed to have fourteen lines, there are only five stanzas, and they go in the order of ABABCDECDE.
Like this guy right here: https://strongbadiathefree.rpg-board.net/random-discussions-f20/random-thoughts-two-seriously-seriously-random-bizness-t317-435.htm
Also, ABC is not mocking you. We're mocking you. ABC is just letting yousaffron suffer.

Why not Rook Stars? Or Bishop Stars? Or even the un-appreciated Knight Stars?
(Actually I have no idea what that show is, I just enjoy being a smart alec.)

I...
I...
I can't!
I think I... might... be a brony....
Isn't this the TV show thread? Let's talk about that and not addictions
Star trek is still the absolute best thing ever. Nothing will ever top that. Ever.
Still don't see a point in Dr. Who; still refuse to watch it. Then again, I refused to watch FiM....
