So I havn't made myself clear. Because this is a Homestar forum! Not a "general chat" forum.

Anyways, sense It has already been changed, I won't fight it. However, I'm going to try as hard as I can to post mainly in the Homestar section.

I kind of like it. It's like the HRwiki forum. But, if we could get the announcements back to the top of the page, that'd be better.

So, what are we doing about the proposed forum skin change?

I found a good skin we could try. It's simply called "Red." However, I can't figure out how to change it to "Red" without screwing up the whole forum, getting rid of our cool head picture and whatnot. So if a more experienced Admin could change it to that, then that would be great!

I can try and change it, though you might have to bear with me screwing up the forum for a little bit in order to figure it out.

Very nice. The pictures on the home page (Trogdor and whatnot) are a nice touch, and I notice you also changed the picture for "Who's Online" from Homestar's head to a full-sized Hamstray. I'm glad that I got totally fired decided to leave that job to you.

Good, the subforum pictures are a hit with the fans. I never even knew the option to add pictures to subforums and categories existed until now. And the full-body Homestar was added because the little Hamstray head seemed really small compared to the Who's Online box.
Glad to know that my grand forum change was successful. Now let's hope a certain stubborn, controlling admin doesn't come and screw it up.

No, that's not a rift. A rift or chasm is a place where the Earth's crust and lithosphere are being pulled apart and is an example of extensional tectonics.

Typical rift features are a central linear downfaulted segment, called a graben, with parallel normal faulting and rift-flank uplifts on either side forming a rift valley, where the rift remains above sea level. The axis of the rift area commonly contains volcanic rocks and active volcanism is a part of many, but not all active rift systems.

Major rifts occur along the central axis of mid-ocean ridges, where new oceanic crust and lithosphere is created along a divergent boundary between two tectonic plates.

Failed rifts are where continental rifting began, but then failed to continue to the point of break-up. Typically the transition from rifting to spreading develops at a triple junction where three converging rifts meet over a hotspot. Two of these evolve to the point of seafloor spreading, while the third ultimately fails, becoming an aulacogen.

Love the colors. I'm not asking for them to be changed, but all these new icons next to everything bug me. Specially the giant effing homestar in the "who is online" thing. It's like someone spilled a toybox all over the forum. The Colors are sweet though. I still lobby for Midnight Blue and Matte Black though.
