Tom Clancy!

Right now, I'm reading "The Bear and the Dragon", by Tom Clancy. His first book, "The Hunt For Red October" is the one of the best books I have ever read. That book is a book I endorse...on my hat.

A book I LOVE is Enders Game. Such a cool book. Um... other books I love... well, I really want to read all the Hitchhikers guide books, but that will have to wait, because Mr. Disket is borrowing them. Oh, the Percy Jackson books all right, not amazing though. Oh, and do comic books count? I really like the series of comic books "Run Aways". It's about a group of kids that find out that their parents are super villains, so they run away and then find out that some of them have super powers. I'll leave it at that. I also really want to read the Sand Man series of comics.

Runaways, Beads. One word. One awesome series. Also, Hitchhiker's Guide To the galaxy is one of my all time favorites, along with the buisness book "The Dilbert Principle." And the book that Slumdog Millionaire was based on, "Q&A" is really great, although, be warned, it could offend you with it's crap-speak. Alan Moore has written some great Graphic novels ("comic books", for those who call them "comic books") like Watchmen and V for Vendetta. These are also inappropriate, though they have great art and storytelling.

Warriors, Daughters of the Moon, Seekers, and The Tail of Emily Windsnap are the only book series I read.
Though I do consider Manga books (unlike my mom who says they are nothing but thick comics), so I count Fruits Basket and Rozen Maiden too.

Oh, so Scott Pilgrim is basically about a guy, scott, and in order to win the hard of this girl he has to DEFEAT her 7-evil-x-boyfriends! Also theres tons of crazy romance and its really funny, but the action against the evil x-boyfriends is really cool. And a lot of it is sort of video game based, like, he defeats a evil x boy friend and gets a prize, or when hes fighting an evil x boy friend he keeps hitting him and theres numbers flashing, like, "60 hits!", like in video games when it keeps track of how big of a hit streak. Its hard to explain, Bhtup read them, and he LOVED them, same as me. Its really highly acclaimed by audiences. And its manga, but, its not the ordinary style, as I said.

Just look it up! or, here: http://www.scottpilgrim.com/inside.php?id=previews
This page on the web site, you can see, lets you read the first couple pages of each volume. Also, the one more farther down, "Special FREE SCOTT PILRRIM", is a comic from "free comicbook day", which is a day, once a year, when they give out specially released comics, to sell for free at comic shops. And the free comic book day one is a whole story, its a little weird, but read it, or look through the available pages of the first book.

I read Omen of the Stars: The Fourth Apprentice a few days ago. And it felt really Matrix-y, mostly the terms they use. Here's a quote:
"Are you sure we've got it right this time?"
"You know we have. Didn't we all have the same dream the night the One was born?"
"Of course she's right. But if the others don't recognize the One there could be more trouble."

And written in the wiki of the series (Dont question the names, ok?!):
When the patrol appears, Lionblaze sees that she is right. He then goes to get Jayfeather, and says his suspicions that Dovepaw may be the One. Dovepaw asks them what the One is, but is ignored. Jayfeather tells her that she can hear things and see things other cats can't, which surprises Dovepaw. She is resentful when she finds out that she is part of the prophecy, stating that she does not wish to be special
(dont question the 'cat' part either. They're cats, ok?!)

Been reading The King in Yellow, which was Lovecraft's favorite book and inspiration.
It's the first book made up of Cosmic Horror short stories. Don't get Cosmic Horror mixed up with Sci-Fi Horror, the Genre's are quite different.

I finished reading Myst: Book of Ti'ana about two days ago. It was a really good book, it left quite an impression on me. Then again, I guess anything Myst leaves an impression on me. I'm really hoping to get the next book: Myst: Book of D'ni

A few days ago, at school, I found out a book report was due the next day. Luckly, on my last book report, I got higher than a 95% on it, so, I don't need to do a report ever again for the rest of the semester. I forgot about this, though, which is that, you have to make a picture of a thing in the book, do an act for the book, or, stuff like that. But the bad part, is that I hadn't read a book yet. I thought of just doing a book picture act thing about Ender's Game, all though, I read that about a year ago, so, it was cheating, I wasn't sure though, so, I asked, and it was.
So, I'm gonna read Life The Universe And Everything all within 1 week end, or, try to get a lot of it done in a week end.

I was originally gonna read that for my thing, but, somehow forgot.

Also, did you know its gonna be a video game! Only downloadable content though.... I've heard. I'm not sure if theres gonna be a video game actually though.

Technically, that is still a Video Game, and they said that it will be released on Steam as well if you don't have Xbox Live.

Oh man, I thought of a really funny t-shirt!!!!! It would be Zaphod Beebolroxis on a t-shit, with "HOPE" under it, in the same color schema on the Obama thing. The Zaphod, I would want to be on it, would be the one from the movie, but, I guess any of the 2 is fine.

It would need to have two heads, so it would have to be the one from the TV show and by the way, proofread and edit this. I don't want you kicked.
