Who else would like to see a 75 minute [or more] feature based on the webshow that we hold near and dear to our hearts? While the cartoons themselves have never gone on for more than a few minutes, I think SBCG4AP shows that the characters can carry "narratives" that are somewhat longer than the original cartoons [I don't have an exact measurement, probably because the games rely on player response to continue]. A direct-to-DVD route wouldn't be such a bad idea...if The Brother Chaps wrangle up a small budget to hire animators [imagine how long it would take for two people to make it]. Maybe Telltale could do their first foreay into films? They were cool enough to support the fancy 3D non-flash high-tech animation for SBCG4AP, so they obviously have much more than the required budget for a movie animated in flash. In fact...why not a theatrical route? Hollywood is obviously interested in the webshow audience, as shown by the recent Fred movie deal.

I can see some some sort of fake epic, somewhat along the lines of the Strongbadia: The Free concepts.

Not exactly a terrible idea, more like an 'uhmmmmmm, 'kay?' idea. H*R just wouldn't be the same unless it's the Bro's Cho's animation.

Seconded. Although a really long toon based on Strong Bad and Homestar might be nice. A pseudo-documentary. It would break up the toonless break pretty well.

I always thought this would be a great idea. And as for the thought that "H*R just wouldn't be the same unless it's the Bro's Cho's animation," I would like to point out that they didn't do the animation for SBCG4AP, and it still looks just fine.
And sometime during the movie, he would stop by his writing desk and draw a nice, long, Teen Girl Squad comic. He would also get bored at some point and pop in a new Dangeresque movie into the thing. In this way, it would incorporate all of the other Homestar Runner gags and things in one great film.
What would the plot be about, do you think? The movie should be kind of like Homestar Ruiner, more of a normal Homestar Runner world-type thing. Not like 8-Bit is Enough, which is kind of out there. The plot would have lots of funny running gags for the nerdy fans like us, but also be a way to introduce the uninitiated to the Homestar Runner universe.

I didn't write it! Or enjoy reading it, for that matter. I just wanted to point out that it was there.
