Definitly, Definitly Baby Doomy Tales of the Macabre.
Strong Bad gets tortured.
Onion Bubs spoke.
Two Legend of Zelda costumes.
Two references to Legend of Zelda (I count the moon and the song as being seperate from the costumes)
Homestar's guessing costumes.
Homestar being distraught.
The KOT being a character from my favorite board game.
Strong Sad taking control (Strong Sad is actually my third favorite character (I change it alot)
And it has lots tiny but funny jokes

Doomy Tales by far. It's probably in my top 3 of Halloween Toons along with Happy Hallow-day and Jibblies 2. So many good costumes... so many good lines.
