Halloween Skins Empty Halloween Skins

Would it be possible to add a more Halloweenish header image and/or change the forum color to orange or black for Halloween? Sort of like what the HRwiki forum did. That would be a good way to celebrate what may be the coolest holiday of the year.

To be honest, I even like the general layout and style of this one better than the usual one. Would it be possible to to keep the forum in this style year long, only with the usual blue color?
